Why Don't You Combine Let's Talk Wrestling & Method To Madness into ONE Blog?

. . No comments:
I figured I should just go ahead and get this topic out there into the air since I'm sure there's a lot of you who are wondering the same thing.

From the support I get from my regular readers and followers on here (Blogspot), Twitter, and Facebook, I couldn't thank you guys enough for taking the time out of your day to read my ramblings and rants here on Let's Talk Wrestling.

Now, as SOME of you know, I run another blog, called Method to Madness, that focuses on other outlets of geek culture - namely anime, video games, comics, films, pop culture toy collecting, etc.

Feel free to Like the Facebook page and follow that account on Twitter.

The common question that comes up from a lot of my close friends and regular readers of both blogs is why don't I just mesh the two together?

To be quite honest, it comes down to a LOT of reasons that I don't mind taking the time to break down:

Not Every "Nerd/Geek" is into Professional Wrestling

It's the same thing as not every professional wrestling fan isn't into fantasy leagues or e-federations.

I'm not going to over-saturate one blog with more content of one thing than the other. When I originally thought about relaunching my blog here on Blogspot after moving it from Tumblr, I was split about the matter but I honestly like the split. It allows me to give both sides of the coin the attention they rightfully deserve.

If I were to launch a full blown site for all of my blogging in one central location (after I'm willing to pay for web hosting fees...), I'm sure I would have both wrestling, gaming, anime, film, comics, etc. all within their own categories of interest. For the time being, I rather keep them separate, especially for those nights when I livetweet during wrestling broadcasts.

The only downside is that I'm not as interactive with my fans and followers on Method to Madness during anime nor TV show broadcasts like I am frequently with

Not Every Wrestling Fan is into Gaming/Anime/etc.

Believe it or not, there are people who aren't into one but love the other. I clearly can't please everyone but I TRY to be considerate.

I rant a LOT more on this blog than on Method to Madness

For those of you who loved my rants on the current state of the WWE Divas division and shared my articles among other outlets, such as Reddit and Tumblr, I'm sure you have noticed that and it's one of the reasons why you keep coming back for more.

The only time I've ranted like that on Method to Madness was to express my disgust with Capcom after the Decapre reveal for the 5th character in Ultra Street Fighter IV

Ranting on gaming-related matters does little or nothing and oftentimes go onto deaf ears, so I don't bother. I'm more satisfied with offering my opinion and feedback on various media on that blog.

Method to Madness is more "review/preview" heavy content than pure analysis/opinion like my wrestling articles

As I'm writing this, I can look over to the other tab in Method to Madness and I have roughly 7-12 pending reviews on standby that are currently in the pipeline. I'm going to work together with my good friend, Boa, who already contributed to the blog with some video walkthroughs, and we're going to try to have a few PC-oriented previews and/or reviews in the near-future.

One could argue that my approach isn't different at all, but I see it from a different perspective. With wrestling, I'm always going to be familiar/knowledgeable on that subject, but with gaming, anime, and other media that I cover on Method to Madness, there's going to be that a few subjects/topics that I'm not an expert about, so I can't offer as strong of an opinion or feedback if I'm not familiar with that source material.
